Be Ye Thankful

Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year.  It is a time to share and create wonderful memories with family and friends and most importantly a time to reflect upon the countless blessings in our lives given to us by an awesome heavenly Father.  We should remember to thank him daily for all his great blessings.  Here are some wonderful scripture verses.  “Thanks” is the theme in most of them.

THANKSGIVING

Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.  Psalm KJV 100:4

        Thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift!  2 Corinthians KJV 9:15

      Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.  James KJV 4:10

      And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.  Colossians KJV 3:15

      Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and maketh manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place.  2 Corinthians KJV 2:14

 Be Kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another; Romans  KJV 12:10

      Sing unto the Lord, O ye saints of his, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.  Psalm KJV 30:4

 O  Give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.  Psalm KJV 118:29

     It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High:  Psalm KJV 92:1

     Verily, verily I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.  John KJV 6:47
